KHARKOV BEARING PLANT (HARP)
HOT FORGING SHOP
The Kharkov Bearing Plant has a Hot Forging Shop with an up-to-date manufacturing complex: 2 high-performance horizontal forging lines with power of 800 and 1 500 kN, as well as an annealing furnace. Components application areas are bearing manufacture, automotive and industrial production.
The company is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified. It is also a certified supplier for SKF – the world leader in the bearing manufacture.

DIE AND TOOL SHOP
This shop has a range of modern CNC machines: Blohm Planomat profile grinding machine, MILL 800 vertical machining unit, highly productive Monforts RNC turning machines and many others.

LOZOVA FORGING-MECHANICAL PLANT (LKMZ)
FORGING AND MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY
The Lozova Forging-Mechanical Plant is the largest press, stamping, forging and machining company in Ukraine and Europe.
It is specialized in serial and mass production of over 500 forging types with rated capacity up to 180 000 t/year.
A wide range of stamping and forging equipment with application of advanced and unique technologies provide the production of hot-stamped forgings with a complex shape, extended precision and high metal utilization factor.
The company is ISO 9001:2008 certified, and at present it completes preparations for ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification. LKMZ is also the only in Ukraine approved supplier of components for SKF – the world leader in the bearing manufacture.

UKRAINIAN CASTING COMPANY (ULK)
CASTING
The Ukrainian Casting Company is the youngest UPEC Industrial Group company. It was established in 2004 on the base and at the premises of the casting and mould-making shops of the Kharkov Machine-Tool Plant.
ULK manufacturing capabilities are represented with a complex for steel and iron casting manufacture. The company manufactures castings of any complexity (gray iron castings with weight from 500 grams to 20 tons, ductile iron and St25L-St50L steel grade castings with weight from 500 grams to 1 ton).
Metal melting is performed in the medium frequency induction furnaces: EGP1000S model with productivity of 1 ton/hour and EGP3000S model with productivity of 3 tons/hour. The company has commissioned the cold hardening mixture line OMEGA, mixer SPARTAN235P, core making machine B25GS/I. At present the ULK manufacturing capabilities of melting and moulding equipment ensure the casting productivity of up to 10 000 tons/year.
The Ukrainian Casting Company is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

NON-FERROUS CASTING
The Kharkov Electro-Technical Plant Ukrelectromash (HELZ) is the largest in Ukraine manufacturer of induction motors and a wide range of electric pumps.
HELZ casting production has long-term experience and high quality assurance in the aluminum casting production.
